Situated a five minute drive from the cafes, antique shops and old pubs of historic Rylstone, it is the ideal option for those seeking peace, privacy, space and authenticity.

THE SPACE
The cottage has big rooms, well stocked kitchen, quality linen, wide enclosed north facing verandahs, bbq and outdoor setting under shady trees and beside rose gardens. Situated on an acre of landscaped gardens with mature gum trees, and deciduous tree lined entrance it is a good 400 metres from the homestead so there is plenty of privacy, peace and quiet yet close enough to town to enjoy the cafe culture.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests are welcome to stretch their legs and explore the 60acres bearing in mind safety regarding bush and animal sense. There are several unfenced dams on the property and children are to be in the company of an adult at all times when leaving the boundary fence of the house. This is to ensure the safety of children.
